🥂 Champagne Society Elite Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Champagne Society Elite 6-month program, you ("Client") agree to the following terms set forth by Engineered to Scale, LLC DBA Melissa Ricker ("Company").

PROGRAM ACCESS & MATERIALS

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the Champagne Society Elite program, which includes:

1:1 Extraction Call featuring:

1:1 Monthly TuneUps
3rd Month Strategy Mapping Session

Bi-weekly Group Coaching Calls

Champagne Hotline to Submit a Question Per Week

Custom Portal

You'll retain access to all program materials for 6 months from your enrollment date.

REFUND POLICY (90-Day Implementation Guarantee)

We want you to succeed with Champagne Society Elite — but success requires effort and implementation.

If you implement the strategies from your custom plan for 90 days and don't see meaningful results, you may request a full refund, provided you submit the following:

✅ Required Implementation:

Completed extraction call

Full Implementation of at least one complete strategy from your custom plan (including full launch of funnel)

Documentation of your implementation efforts and traffic to funnel

Attendance of all 3 monthly 1:1 coaching calls

Submission of at least 5 questions to the Champagne Hotline

Attendance in at least 3 group coaching calls

Refunds must be requested via email to [email protected] within the 90-day period.

Requests without the above documentation will not be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be granted after 90 days.

If you are on a payment plan and do not qualify for a refund, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining payments.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Champagne Society Elite program is available at varying rates depending on your eligiblity.

After your initial 6-month period, you may continue in the program for $500/month and you may cancel or downgrade at any time. You must inform us of your intent to downgrade or cancel 3 business days before your billing date.

If payment goes through because you failed to inform us 3 business days in advance, there will be no refunds.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

We have a clear and generous refund policy.

Because of this, we do not tolerate chargeback threats or disputes filed with your credit card company or payment processor.

If a chargeback is initiated:

Your access will be immediately revoked

We reserve the right to report the incident to credit bureaus and chargeback databases

Reported data may include your name, email, billing address, transaction info, and amount

To be removed from such lists, the full chargeback amount must be repaid

We enforce this policy to protect our work, our team, and our intellectual property.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

All Champagne Society Elite content, frameworks, tools, and AI toolkits remain the intellectual property of Melissa Ricker LLC and Engineered to Scale

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the content for your business only.

Redistribution or resale of templates, videos, AI tools, or internal strategy is prohibited.

Violating these terms will result in revoked access and possible legal action.

DISCLAIMERS

We do not guarantee specific earnings or results.

Business performance depends on multiple factors, including offer alignment, messaging, implementation quality, and market conditions.

Your results are ultimately your responsibility.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Client agrees not to use confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Clients, or Melissa, and the team, during the respective program.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.

Both Parties will keep private information in strictest confidence and shall use their best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Products developed by Engineered to Scale LLC are for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from products developed by Engineered to Scale LLC.

Engineered to Scale LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing.

Client understands that because of the nature of products developed by Engineered to Scale LLC and their extent, the results experienced by each Client may significantly vary.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products and their potential.

Even though this industry is one of the few where one can write their own check in terms of earnings, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials.

Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our products, ideas, and techniques.

We do not purport any of our products to be a "get rich scheme."

Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to our programs, ideas, and techniques mentioned, your finances, knowledge, and various skills.

Since these factors differ according to the individual, we cannot guarantee your success or income level, nor are we responsible for any of your actions.
